Great location and affordable! Located on nice, quiet residential street, this place is within the Hotel zone and it is a 20 minutes walk to the club area. It has its flaws, such outdated rooms, hot water running out fast and there is not bathtub, but for the price is awesome! Great value specially considering that a 5 star hotel can charge up to $2k a night. The hotel has a pool but I did not see guest using it. There are two convenient corner stores within 2 block where you can buy basic stuff without over paying. The front desk is available 24/7 and is very kind. I would stay again at this hotel
Maid service is wonderful! Nice staff and very helpful! Pool is huge around but only less than 3 foot deep but great for children! Place is a little run down but worker are working hard to update. Would stay here again! Thanks So Much!
I'm giving "Green 16" a 5 star rating just based on our server Roger. He was funny, charming, and efficient. The food was very good, also. Good taste, good portions.
The Hotel is Closed due to the pandemic, but next door is a little market and sell food. Roger now is the cook and he is Awesome!!! Very attentive and nice! He takes care of us!! Vegetarian Gringa above, and arrachera Alambre b9ttom! Soo delicious!!

We stayed here and had a wonderful time, The Driver Luis was wonderful to us he took us whenever we wanted to go uptown and he drew maps and gave instructions so we could go on the bus . We will come back here. The food was fantastic and the Servers was out off this world. But best off all, Luis the driver was the best. The rooms were roomy and clean. Price: It's amazing for the location, if you want to stay near the Zona Hotelera and clubs. Beach: It's far, you can't walk Bus: Walk 15 minutes to Pok-Ta-Pok bus stop. R1, R2 bus. You can see a beautiful lake on the way. Traffic: Add 20 minutes if you are coming to the hotel late evening, from the south part of the Zona Hotelera. Traffic slows down in the clubs area, so it gets really hot if you are stuck in a bus, as they don't have air-con. Breakfast: Loved the pancakes, waffles, cereal/granola variety, fresh-cut fruit. It's not included in the hotel price, it seems is a separate business. (Booking makes us think we paid for it, as we selected it but never added the price, so it's confusing at the end). Internet: It was great, the router was in the room. Shower: The shower head was blocked and water dripping towards the wall. After we cleaned it ourselves lol it worked great! Location: Quiet, small corner shop next door. Room: Air-con was fine. Ceiling fan ok. Very large bed! Laundry Service: They have, just ask for it in reception, it's cheap. Common areas: They are not well maintained, so it's mostly a place to sleep. Although, they have some beautiful banana trees! Staff: Kind, especially from the restaurant... super kind!!!
